Found out I'm getting a FitBit as a gift
Which is cool, but kind of ironic, since it seems like as soon as I stopped giving a damn about calories burned, I end up being given something designed specifically to track calories burned :P Do any of you have a FitBit? Like it? Hate it? Useful?

Seeing some more ab definition over the past few...
I’m seeing those “sidelines” —those vertical lines that would run along the edges of a six pack. Which is amusing, since I don’t do any direct ab work. Any work that my abs gets is secondary, via compound lifts, balancing acts (those bulgarian split squats and single leg hip thrusts) and hill sprinting. Body recomposition FTW.
