I’ve been lifting seriously though for around 2 years. I only really saw results, though, when I trained and ate somewhat consistently for 8 months. And by results I mean, noticed my butt got substantially bigger!

Your mileage may vary. It all depends on how you train, how HARD you train, how CONSISTENTLY you train, how you eat, and how CONSISTENTLY you eat, and what results you want.

Whatever gives you enough protein without too many calories! I aim for at least 100g of protein per day, and an average of 1600 calories per day. Eating lots of green and veggies never hurt anyone.

So, here are some more photoshopped images that I found in the fitspo, motivation, squat, and basically any other health related tag. It’s a bit disappointing for a community that promotes “health” but there isn’t anything healthy on trying to look like a certain person, especially when it’s a photoshopped image since it is damaging to our mental health. All of the images on the left are the photoshopped ones, the ones on the right at the “originals.”

Also, please if you’re going to say one looks better than the other, and put down another persons body type, you are missing the point and being counter productive.

It’s still a great booty either way! Jesus…
